Privacy matters to Alline Standbouw which is why we adhere to the applicable law and legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The aim of this privacy statement is to provide you with clear and transparent information about the way in which we use and store personal data.

    You submit your data via the quotationform, which allows us to contact you to make a tailor-made quotation. To be able to send the form you have to explicitly consent with our privacy terms and conditions and the way in which we will process your personal data. For this reason, we process the following personal data:

    – E-mailaddress

Alline Standbouw processes your personal data so that, if needed to perform our service provision, we can call or e-mail you. Alline Standbouw will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purpose for which they were collected. As soon as all purposes have been met, your data will be removed. In concrete terms, this means that the processed data will be stored for the entire duration of the agreement, the statutory time limit as well as any other retention period imposed by law and legislation.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Alline Standbouw provides personal data to third parties only and exclusively when this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or in order to comply with a legal obligation.

Data access

Alline is the controller for personal data. To protect your privacy, persons who will have access to your personal data will be carefully selected based on their tasks.

Inspect, adjust or remove data

Your rights with regard to your personal data:

• Right of inspection:
  You have the right to inspect your personal data. This means that you can ask us if we process your personal data and, if this is the case, to ask us for which purposes this data is processed, how long it is stored, what the origin of the processed data is, etc.
• Right to rectification:
  You can ask us to correctyourdatashould it be incorrect.
• Right to be forgotten
  You have the right to ask us to remove your personal data.
  Your right to be forgotten is, however, not absolute and Alline Standbouw has the right to preserve your data if this is necessary to, among others:
  • Comply with a legal obligation;
  • Commence, exercise or substantiate a legal action.
• Right to restriction of processing:
  You have the right, in certain cases, to ask for restriction of processing of personal data (whether or not temporary). This includes when:
  – The correctness of your data is disputed during the period that we need to check correctness;
  – Your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected but they are necessary to commence, exercise or substantiate a legal action.

  • Processing is necessary to commence, exercise or substantiate a legal action;
  • Processing is required to protect the rights of another natural person or legal entity;
  • Public interest requires processing.
• Right to data portability:
  You have the right, in certain situations, to have your personal data transferred to you or to another controller (if this is technologically possible).
  This is the case when:
  • You agreed with processing of your personal data or this processing is necessary for performing an agreement;
  • Processing is automated.
• Right to object:
  You also have the right to object against the processing of your personal data by Alline Standbouw. Your request will, however, not be taken into account if the legitimate interest of Alline Standbouw outweighs your interest or if processing remains necessary to commence, execute or substantiate a legal action.
• Right to withdraw your consent
  You have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing. The withdrawal of your consent does not prejudice the lawful processing of your data which took place during the period prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
• Right to not be subjected to a decision which is solely based on automated processing, including profiling, and which is capable of producing legal effects that concern you or can have a considerable equal impact on you.

Protecting personal data

Alline Standbouw takes protection of your data seriously and takes adequate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental data exposure and unauthorised change.

Personal data is stored in the cloud via Perfectview. Perfectview is a software package which meets the requirements of the GDPR. The privacy statement can be found here. Only office personnel has access to it (pc has its own login code – access to software package via own login code – pc is protected by an anti-virus package called Symantec).

If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or if there are indications of abuse, please contact us via info@alline.be.

Special and/or sensitive processed personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. We can, however, not check if a visitor is 16 years or older. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent that data is collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us via info@alline.be and we will remove the information.

Cookies

Alline Standbouw only uses technological, functional cookies and analytical cookies which do not invade your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for your convenience. They make sure that the website is working properly and they remember, for example, your preferred settings. They are also used to optimise our website.
